What is required to pick up tickets at the Venue? |

Please present your physical valid ID Card (Passport) and record of booking confirmation for picking up the tickets at the Venue.
Each different show has a different policy. In this case, the policy that is announced on details information page of each show will first be applied. So please make sure to check the detail information page.

International shipment is available for tickets? |
|

The availability of overseas delivery varies depending on the performance.
Please check the detailed information page of relevant performance, and if it is available to deliver the tickets, the delivery fee will be charged differently depending on the destination country.

Representatives can get the ticket at will call? |
|
|
Will-call tickets can only be collected by the ticket holder.
But, each show can be operated by different policy. So please check the detailed information page of the relevant show.
If your YES24 account name is different from your passport name, you can have trouble to take the booking ticket at the venue.

Can I pick up my tickets on a different day before the show? |
|
|
Tickets cannot be picked up before the show day. Please come to the venue with enough time to take your tickets at the venue on the show day.

Is it possible to change the way I receive the ticket? |
|
|
In the case of performance that can choose the overseas delivery, it can be changed as Will Call → Overseas delivery → Will Call.
But, changing the method of receiving tickets to overseas delivery is only available until 20 business days before the performance.
If you want to change the method from Will Call to Overseas delivery, you need to pay for the delivery fee additionally, and it only can pay by Card.

Is there any guidance for entering delivery information? |
|
|
1. Please enter your Full name by English as the Recipient name for proceeding the customs clearance without any problem.
2. All delivery information must be entered by English.
3. Please check again whether all of your delivery information is correct. YES24 won't be responsible for problems that occur due to the incorrect information entered.
4. Information regarding the overseas shipment can be sent by your email, which is entered your YES24 account. Therefore, we recommned you to keep checking your email.

I want to receive my package from the Korean address. |

We don't offer a domestic delivery service if the booking has made from the global site.
If you want to get it in Korea, you have to purchase it on the Korean site.

Which shipping company will it be delivered? |

The DHL shipping company will deliver all overseas shipments.

How can I change the delivery information? |
|

Please follow the instructions below.
Global YES24 TICKET → MY TICKET → Purchase Confirm/Cancel → [change] icon.
However, delivery information can be edited only during the specified modification period and the modification period can be changed without notification. Therefore, please be aware of entering the shipping information.

Are there any precautions for certain countries? |
|
|
Brazil : By the regulation of Brazilian customs, the recipient CPF number must be required.
Please make sure to enter your CPF number next to the address. Ex: ( CPF:000.000.000-00 )
Russia : Due to the Russian Customs Enforcement regulations, customs clearance for personal goods is not allowed.
For this reason, shipment to Russia is impossible.
Iran : Iran has been banned from shipping as the United States and the United Nations have designated it as a sanctioned country. For this reason, shipment to Iran is impossible.

I purchased two different purchases, can it be shipped in one package? |

All of our purchases is processed based on the purchase number.
purchases with different purchase number cannot be combined.

Who is responsible for customs clearance tax? |
|
|
The recipient of the product that has been shipped internationally is responsible for customs tax and any additional fees that may incur. YES24 cannot predict or notify customers of any possible customs fees, taxes or additional charges that may occur and will not be held responsible. Customs procedures and fees are different for each respective country, and it is up to the customer to check details for their respective destination country's laws and regulations with regards to customs clearance issues.

If I can't receive my package, how it will go on? |
|
|
Delivery can be unsuccessful as the reason for incorrect delivery information, recipient absence, refuse to pay for taxes or customs clearance, etc. In this case, the package will be discarded at the local country, not the return to the sender.
If you can’t receive your package for this reason, re-shipment may impossible.
Each different event has a different policy of re-shipment.
Please make sure to check the policy and notification in advance for relevant events.

If imposed taxes or warehouse fees are not paid, products can be discarded at the local country.
Product could be discarded if the customer does not claim the product or is out of contact within 5 days of its arriving.
